Product Applications

Our dimensional control system can be applied at multiple points in the production process:

  • Hot End Inspection: Inspection system located at the head forming part of your machine
  • Cold End Inspection: Perform checks before or after the annealing oven and combine with surface inspection
  • Clean Room Inspection: When sizing constraints don't allow for an inspection system after the annealing oven, a clean room inspection system can also perform the necessary dimensional controls
