CRIS

CRIS - CLEAN Room INspection system

An ideal retrofit solution to existing machines when cold end inspection is needed after the annealing oven but not possible due to machine sizing constraints

Get More out of your machines

The Clean Room Inspection System (aka CRIS) is specifically designed to be implemented in clean rooms between two round-belt conveyors, followed by a push packaging system. It features all the capabilities of the Surface Control Station and adds automation and mechanics for picking, placing, and inspecting up to 60 products per minute.

Integration

Two round-belt conveyors are a typical transportation system in the tubular glass converting industry, managing product transfer between the end of the annealing oven and the push packaging station in the clean room.

CRIS integrates seamlessly into this existing setup, adding comprehensive surface inspection of products just before packaging. All necessary mechanics and adaptations are included, with installation carried out by an Isotronic team within two to three days.

Like all Isotronic systems, CRIS is designed to be flexible and modular, allowing for easy adaptation to varying operational and installation conditions if required

The system fully integrates with other Isotronic products and provides production performance data to Isotronic Central.
