We offer a fully automated solution to detect and classify cosmetic defects on every product in your production line.
Moreover, cosmetic defects can offer valuable insights into issues within the production setup. By identifying and classifying these defects, glass producers can targer specific areas for improvement.
The Surface Control Station is commonly applied on the production line at the cold end, either before or after the annealing oven.
It can be combined with the Bottom Inspection Station and the Dimensional Control Station to achieve a comprehensive inspection of the product.
Alternatively, if space constraints prevent an inspection system from being placed before or after the annealing oven, the Clean Room Inspection System can perform most of the necessary dimensional controls.
The system fully integrates with other Isotronic products and provides production performance data to Isotronic Central.
