As a software-only product, VialChecker integrates seamlessly with a wide range of digital and analog I/O interfaces, cameras and other equipment (connected via protocols such as RS232 or OPC UA) provided by the customer or as part of a specialised solution.
While the basic computing requirements of VialChecker are modest (most x64-based IPCs from the last 5-7 years are suitable for common use cases), it benefits from additional resources when higher sensor rates, greater accuracy, and faster production speeds are needed.
Used in a wide variety of applications, VialChecker can run on Windows, Linux and MacOS systems.
