While the Hot End Dimensional Control Station is a more basic quality control solution, it operates using the same high-performance, high accuracy VialChecker Software that powers our most advanced systems.
The Hot End Dimensional Control Station can be seamlessly integrated into the existing vertical production machines and is typically applied right after head forming. By utilising the rotation provided by the chucks, no additional moving parts are required in the system.
The retrofit approach allows for flexible adaptation to trigger signals and ejection actuators.
The electronics can be housed in a small cabinet or integrated into the HMI monitor to accommodate tighter space constraints. It fully integrates with other Isotronic products and provides production performance data to Isotronic Central.
